Shipping & returns
Shipping
- Ground shipping is free on apparel orders over $150 within the continental US. All other orders ship at a $19.95 flat rate.
- Express service is available at checkout for in-stock small parts and apparel.
- Oversize items such as wheel sets, aero and brake packages ship freight. Freight is quoted after order review and confirmed before the order is released.
Processing times
- In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days.
- Made-to-order components and Signature Series builds follow the lead time listed on the product page.
Returns
- Uninstalled parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Installed, modified, painted or custom-finished parts are not returnable.
- Apparel may be returned within 30 days if unworn with tags attached.
- Contact support with your order number to receive a return authorization before shipping anything back.
Damaged or incorrect items
- Inspect all shipments on arrival and report freight damage on the delivery receipt.
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 5 business days and we will arrange replacement.
